In 1981, Gary Miner moved his family to Port Charlotte from New Jersey. His parents had retired to Punta Gorda several years earlier, and
Gary really liked the area. Shortly afterwards he began his career in real estate, first as an agent and then as a broker.
As he grew more familiar with the area, he focused on the South Gulf Cove subdivision. Back then, it was still a 'hidden gem' with little interest.
In 2001 Gary opened the office here on Wiltshire Drive, which is the access road in front of South Gulf Cove. Since then, we have seen the
growth on the Cape Haze peninsula, especially in South Gulf Cove and some of the Rotonda communities. However, this is still a growing area,
with plenty of natural, open spaces.

Donna Deah-Wayson is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. After spending several winters in the Englewood area with her husband and
children, she relocated permanently to Florida in 1980, and raised her family in Charlotte County.
Donna joined the real estate community in 1983, and received her broker's license in 1985. She is a member of the Graduate Realtor
Institute (since 1984) and in 1993 became a Certified Residential Specialist. The CRS is the equivalent of a Master's Degree in Real
Estate, and is achieved by less than 4% of realtors nationwide. She has volunteered her time to work on various committees, including
Professional Standards, and as a member of the Board of Directors for the local real estate board.
Over the past 28 years, Donna has seen many changes in this area, and enjoys helping people fulfill their dreams.

here from Massachusetts, and really enjoy the beautiful weather year round.
In 2003 Phil & Lori bought the café adjacent to our office. A year later, Phil started working as our Office Manager, and Lori continues
to operate the café. Phil's computer knowledge resulted in creating this website, and his eye for detail helps keep the office running
